As the Head of International Office, FEB Undip, I was responsible in assisting the internationalization strategy of the Faculty, as well as responsible in managing the International Undergraduate Program (IUP). The students of the IUP are required to undertake part of their study period overseas at our partner universities for dual degree or credit transfer possibilities.During my role, I was also responsible in coordinating all activities related to incoming and outgoing students, liaise between University leadership, faculty deans and professorial staff, support the faculty in its efforts to achieve international accreditation, maintain and expand network of international partners, advise the faculty in developing international study programs, as well as conducting recruitment and selection for the prospective students. Indonesian Impact Survey - Central Java Coordinator

This was a joint project between International Labour Organization (Better Work Indonesia), Diponegoro University, University of Indonesia and Tufts University, USA. I was responsible for coordinating survey activities to assess the impact of the Better Work program in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The Better Work program helps employers and workers achieve compliance with the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) core labour standards and national labour laws through market incentives. It builds the capacity of employers, governments and union to work together toward solutions that benefit all. Show less
