I had the delight of working with Michele during her role as the Chair of the Carlisle Partnership Executive. Michele was a fantastic chair who brought a dynamism to the Partnership and was not afraid to try new innovative ideas. As a result new partnerships were formed and subgroup activity was advanced. Michele additionally ensured accountability and that decisions were made to ensure there was progress with agendas, Michele is well connected, a fantastic networking and has broad knowledge of a range of agendas/sectors. She brought particular strengths around the skills, enterprise, economic development and education agendas. It was a pleasure to work with Michele.

I have worked closely with Michele during her time at NWDA and have found her to always be professional in her approach. Michele has supported our work on a large collaborative project funded by NWDA and has assisted us in discussions around contractual requirements and operational activity. Michele always delivers on her agreed actions and is easy to work with, I would highly recommend her.
