      I have monitored 8 assemblies in Delhi (seelampur, karolbagh, Okhla, kalka jee, Ashok Vihar, Rajender Nagar, Rajouri Garden and Gonda Assembly). My Main duties and responsibilities was to. Monitor the assigned village / urban / jhuggi areas in the specific blocks as decided by the SMO. Working on microplan and maps. Booth observation (interviewed booth workers and parents. Trained approximately 1200 booth workers and aganwadi workers). During House-to-House activity (checking children in the houses). Operational aspects of the campaign- Meet the team and supervisor; make assessment of the team work load, team composition and training, supervision and vaccine status. Assess block performance-identifies missed areas, transit sites. Street survey of children after completion of activity. Provide immediate specific feedback to team and supervisor in the field for future positive action and improvements. Review action taken by team/ supervisor based on my feedback of previous day. Reporting AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) cases to SMO Delhi. UNDER OFFICE ADMINISTRATION------------Analysis of data as required by sis and surveillance for Delhi unit. Taking care of other administration activities. Support the surveillance medical officers (SMO) for training /work shops/ community meetings, surveillance and monitoring related activities.
