  I have earned expertise to synthesis micro and nano crystalline inorganic phosphors of different morphology via various techniques as sol-gel, hydrothermal, spin coating, co-precipitation, solid state diffusion and combustion etc. and investigate their optical, electrical and magnetic properties for their excellent utilize in the industry. I have good experience to analyze data of various characterization techniques such as XRD, photoluminescence, Thermoluminescence (TL), OSL, FT-IR, Raman… Show more I have earned expertise to synthesis micro and nano crystalline inorganic phosphors of different morphology via various techniques as sol-gel, hydrothermal, spin coating, co-precipitation, solid state diffusion and combustion etc. and investigate their optical, electrical and magnetic properties for their excellent utilize in the industry. I have good experience to analyze data of various characterization techniques such as XRD, photoluminescence, Thermoluminescence (TL), OSL, FT-IR, Raman, UV-visible, TEM, SEM etc. Most of these instruments I can operate independently. I have investigate some new phosphors for the dosimetric application using TL/OSL techniques in my laboratory. I also modified the TLD reader (Harshaw-3500) to record TL emission spectrometer. I have published 10 research papers published in refried journal and some more communicated. Beside this, I have presented my research work in several national/international conferences/workshops.
