  Lecturer and module leader for several undergraduate modules such as Management and Strategy, Strategic HR Management, Organisational Behaviour, Global Management Practices, and Reward Management. In each week for each module, I normally deliver a one hour lecture, and a 2 hour seminar. I lead a tutorial team, and we are responsible for developing and preparing teaching material, designing the module-handbook, PowerPoint teaching slides, selection and assessment of reading material, and setting of exam questions. For each module, I am also responsible for assessing and marking student papers. I teach postgraduate degree modules for Master and PhD students including a variety of topics in the Research Methodology module, Organisational Behaviour, HRM, and Performance and Reward. In addition to the academic responsibilities of teaching, preparing academic material, marking students’ assignment, I also have administrative tasks in terms of preparing students’ marks for internal and external moderators. I have also engaged in much individual teaching on research methods and planning of research, for Master and PhD students. I also engage in curriculum development to set a best practices and theories that are satisfy the demand of the labour market.
