Babar Ramzan
I have known Mr. M Waqas Iqbal since 2014 when we were students of Ph.D. in industrial and Management engineering at Hanyang University, South Korea. After completing his PhD and postdoc in 2019, he joined the National Textile University, Faisalabad, Pakistan as an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Technology. He has been teaching different subjects like Operations Management, Quality Management Systems, Total Quality Management, and Lean Manufacturing to students of BS and MS levels. He also got the Outcome Based Education (OBE) training at the university level and is leading the team of faculty members that ensure the implementation of OBE in our school. He has also supervised students for their final year thesis at BS and MS level during the last three and half years. I also got to work with him in a couple of projects in our school. Based on the outcomes of such projects, we have published five international research papers in high-impact journals like Computer & Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Sustainability, and Fibers & Textiles in Eastern Europe. I think he is a hardworking, reliable, and industrious team member. He has a good knowledge of industrial engineering, supply chain management, and process engineering.
