   Led efforts in planning and assisting in planning and implementation of academic programmes, such as Orientation courses, Seminar, In-service and other training programmes, organized by the University and/or Department/College for the academic competence of the faculty members.  Tasked with planning, delivery, evaluation and Improvement of the education of all the students through the strategic deployment of resources provided by the department and the college community.  Accountable for the overall leadership, management and development of the college within the guidelines and policies. Implement decisions of the college Governing Body.  Plan, prepare budget and submit report for the manpower requirement, lab establishment, equipment, Consumables, Library books required, before commencement of the semester. Ensure approvals of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE, New Delhi), JNTU, FFC and other relevant organizations.  Ensured the discipline of the students in the campus, adequate and appropriate advice is provided to the council on educational and other matters, that the decisions of the council are implemented. Execute the related activities and tasks assigned by the management from time to time.  Participation in the teaching work, research and training programmes of the college. Communicate the departments, college community, parents and students on achievements of the college and individual students as appropriate. Council students/ parents regarding academics, attendance and related issues in the presence of respective HOD and mentor.  Monitor the academic/activities/calendar, timetables, conducting examinations of the college in each semester as per University regulations.
