This letter is my personal recommendation for Ms. LaQueda Taulton. From 2013-2015, I was Ms. Taulton’s immediate supervisor at Robert Morris University. Not only was Ms. Taulton a pleasure to work with but I found her to be consistent in all assignments, able to recruit not only within online admissions, but with transfer, military and adult students as well, which made her a very versatile counselor within Enrollment Management. Besides being a joy to work with, Ms. Taulton is a natural leader. Sheis creative in her ideas to market programs and communicate the benefits with a wide variety of prospective students. I always felt confident in her knowledge and recruiting skills no matter the event she was attending to represent our school. In addition to her admissions skills, she was able to master all technology associated with enrollment management, financial aid, registration, etc. quite quickly, which was extremely impressive given the number of systems our admissions counselors work with to successfully enroll and retain students. Now that LaQueda has earned her Master’s Degree in Curriculum &Instruction: Adult Learning & Training, is working towards her doctoral degree within higher education and has nearly seven years of higher education experience, I am extremely supportive in her seeking out any position within the higher education arena. Her knowledge, experience and education warrant a position of high responsibly. In short, I highly recommend LaQueda! She is a team player and would make a tremendous asset to any institute of higher education. Sincerely, Alisha Bello, MA Former Assistant Director of Admissions Robert Morris University
Mark Lennon, PhD
LaQueda is an extraordinarily talented individual. She is instrumental in helping faculty place non traditional students into our online business programs. Even more importantly, she consistently goes above and beyond her job description to help serve as an ambassador for the university by helping facilitate meetings between faculty and outside stakeholders all in an effort to promote our school. I cannot speak highly enough about here. Concurrent to this she is researching and writing an intriguing dissertation which will be an asset to both her and Her employers.
