Responsible for the profitability and growth of Sportradar US including P&L responsibility and definition of strategic goals for Sportradar US and also Sportradar AG (parent company) as the first female Member of the Global Management Board. Responsible for creating and overseeing the design and implementation of systems, protocols and regulations to prevent, investigate and respond to sports integrity issues in Soccer that are related to Sports Betting. The tasks included the collection and analyses of sports data to measure, detect, investigate and sanction sports betting related match manipulation. Important was not only to cooperate with other sporting bodies around the globe but also to build trustful relationships with Sports Betting operators to exchange information. Established a team of 40+ employees with third-party funding only. Created high level partnerships around the globe to fight against match manipulations on a global level and exchange information and data with all stakeholders in real-time.
