  Currently we are working on LPS induced depressive like behaviour in mice. We are evaluating antidepressant like activity of plant derived anti-inflammatory agent in mice.Role of inflammation in oxidative and nitrosative stress in LPS induced depression model and its modulation by anti-inflammatory agent is our main focus. To confirm this, we will measure cytokines and BDNF level in hippocampus, plasma corticosterone level after LPS administration in mouse model. Currently we are working on LPS induced depressive like behaviour in mice.
