  My main areas of teaching related to personal development for both young and mature students, UG and PG. This involved work with the Police, NHS, and call centres. I am an author of several recent textbooks in this area - Oxford University Press and CIPD. My doctoral research investigated problems faced by students as they tackle their final year dissertations, and ways to address these.
