Brett Taylor
I've enjoyed working with Kena Taylor at St. Luke's of Idaho over the last 2 years. St. Luke's has invested in trying to build a culture that maps to our core values which include Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. When we interviewed Kena, I thought she might align with our values. Kena has proven this to be true. Very seldom do I work with people that focus on all of the values of an organization, and recognize how important it is for the staff's alignment. This focus is a natural strength of Kena, and is something that any organization that realizes this value will benefit from. We have been up against major challenges in the IT department as St. Luke's has continued to expand through market growth and service delivery, and it has been a pleasure to work with her during this time. I've enjoyed her focus on our staff, and on building a culture that will help St. Luke's reach our mission to "Improve the health of people in our region". During times like this, leadership matters, and Kena has proven her ability to lead.

I’ve had the pleasure to know and work closely with Kena for the last 15+ years. In my experience, she is reliable, trustworthy, hard-working with excellent project management skills. We have worked together on many Meditech projects as well as other IT healthcare related projects. She has the ability to bring out the best qualities for all team members, producing the best outcomes for any project she manages. She also has a proven commitment to the field of healthcare as shown by her many years of experience. She is a proven asset to any company who has the opportunity to hire her!
