  Teaching and supervisory duties, including supervising a team of instructors and Faculty Program Advisers. I oversaw a small student population and occasionally taught business and accounting courses. I was involved in hiring and disciplinary of employees, including analysis of metrics and recommending training based on those metrics. I supervised a group of Lab Instructors, who assisted course instructors. I was actively involved in coaching and motivating my team. Left position due to school closure. Duties included curriculum development, development of new courses from all disciplines in the school, gave direction to subject matter experts on course rewrites and builds. Skilled in Graphic Arts, Accounting, Marketing, and General Education instruction. My supervisor considered one of my strengths to be ‘making boring subjects interesting.’ My evaluations were always in the high nineties (from students.)
