  Over the past 7 months, I was able to demonstrate and show the skills that I have as a Clinical Lab Scientist. I was given the opportunity to grow, learn, contribute and assist in validating many assays. I was able to extensively learn the NGS assays validation process. As a result, I was able to demonstrate that I can perform, execute and handle validation of big batch sizes, for several projects and still meet the expected turnaround time with caution and confidence. I assisted in updating SOP’s for CLIA rules and regulations . Also, I successfully completed and finished validations for Predicine within the required time line. In doing so, we were able to perform more validations expeditiously and with high quality that resulted in high rate of confidence received from our clients
