Juliane is a very good leader. I really enjoyed working under her guidance. She gave me extensive instructions and all the tools I needed to fulfill my tasks. In addition to the given areas of responsibility, I always had the chance to solve new challenges on my own. She always had time for questions and discussed possible solutions with me.
