Jonathan was instrumental in helping IT build a number of custom training courses to introduce the workforce to SharePoint 2007 and all that comes with the software. He actually tipped the first domino in the process by submitting a trouble ticket requesting training. Not one to complain without offering a solution, Jonathan, along with three or four other interested folks across the company, worked with me to develop one of the most successful and well-liked trainings I've ever seen at the company. Not only were the two half-hour modules viewed more than 3,000 times (combined), but more than 1,000 survey responses were attained with a 98% "this training meets my needs as a user" success rate. And that's for a voluntary training. We honestly wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for Jonathan giving me and my team in IT the kick in the pants we needed. It's now great to know this resource and expertise is available internally.
