I founded Hedroc because the wellbeing market requires highly trained clinical professionals to consult in the investment and delivery of organisational mental health and wellbeing plans. Hedroc is committed to delivering evidence-based, proactive mental health and wellbeing initiatives in the community and corporate sector. Mental wellbeing is a rapidly evolving sector, amid the surge of tech application and mental health awareness. The Covid-19 crisis, emerging reliance on tech, discussion of global Diversity & Inclusion, and huge unknown of emerging office culture, render traditional, reactive wellbeing models as redundant. Successful organisations require bespoke, agile structures to support staff mental wellbeing. I am committed to designing and delivering services to meet organistaions' evolving mental wellbeing needs. As senior product designer at Hedroc this involves: Listening: through nurturing ongoing relationships with business and people leaders, I aim to understand the unique mental wellbeing needs of the organisation. Assessment: systematic gathering and analysis of information from multiple sources in order to identify the cost effective model of support to enhance mental wellbeing. Service design: working in partnership with leading professionals to design bespoke mental wellbeing products. Service delivery: working in partnership with clients, through oversight and supervision of professional experts to deliver bespoke market-leading mental wellbeing products. Audit: working alongside academics and our clients to continually evaluate the efficacy and ROI of services delivered. This circular process ensures Hedroc remains agile, whilst continuing to deliver optimal mental wellbeing services to its clients, ensuring a happy, resilient workforce and business culture.
