nReach is a private equity and alternative investment company in South Africa with a Section 12J of the Tax Act ("12J" / "VCC") fund structure called nReach One. nReach One is a fund with tax benefits. For the HNWI we recently launched the first Section 12J balanced fund underpinned by the following asset classes: capital growth property backed assets; high fixed income asset rental and high capital growth unlisted equities. Our balanced / diversified fund can easily exceed the JSE related indices for net IRR (after taxes and fees) to investors, inclusive of an annual dividend, without the necessity of high risk. We also recently launched a very creative investment model for the BEE corporate spender into the 12J fund, which makes their enterprise and supplier development spend a 'pay back instead of a pay away'. We are proud to market that we have own 'skin in the game' and offer a performance hurdle rate before we take a performance fee. Our investment sectors include high impact sectors, with ESG within their core business and not peripheral, such as: - agriculture and food security - waste recycling and waste to energy enabling zero% to landfill. - electricity provision to underserviced rural areas - mining services - hotel and tourism - education - manufacturing - FMCG - health - disruptive technology Our backround is in private equity and our future is in "getting what we need by helping others succeed". We built a diversified investment holdings food group in partnership with Musa Capital (a private equity company) through acquisition and organic growth. The PIC (Public Investment Corporation) did a buy-in at which stage I liquidated my equity. Annual revenue was close to R1.5 billion per annum at that time. Over the 8 years investor capital exceeded 20% IRR per annum. We had assets in the whole food value chain, namely: primary food production, food processing, food wholesale, food retail and food hospitality. Show less

We had a small scale franchise investment focused private equity company. We raised about R80 million and bought, managed and exited assets in the food hospitality and food retail sectors. We sold the fund to Musa Capital. Before the global financial crises our investor IRR was 15% per annum. We had a small scale franchise investment focused private equity company.
