To project manage and deliver an effective and flexible solution to the client within their budget and time frame. This includes establishing their need and offering various solutions that meets their requirements. Projects are often split into stages which gives the client a core solution within a shortened timeframe and allows for additional features and improvements to be phase in as their budget and resource permit. I offer on site training and support to various stakeholders involved in a project as well as the detailed user guides and technical documents, which in turn maintains the usability of the tool for the client and reduces cost of ownership.. I offer comprehensive training of Microsoft and Adobe suit. I’ve work on close to 50 projects over the years and brought around £350,000 income for the company. I developed an application for Loughborough University that has been implemented with a number of Local Authorities in England which allows the client to identify the impact of various placements on children in need. The application has been in commerical use since 2007 and is now being rolled out to the USA and Scotland. I developed an application for Unilever for their research and development department that analysed various formulas used in hair products throughout the global business. The application analysed the manufacturing cost of each formula and gathered the sales data where the client could indentify the most profitable formula for each product. The information provided by the application would have normally taken the team weeks over iterative process with various degree of human errors to complete, is now reduce to just one afternoon, allowing the team to focus on how to make use of the information instead. I developed a numbers of systems that allows various departments within Unilever to simulate the setup and running cost of a production line. The systems have been rolled out to other global branches of Unilever. Show less
