Our relationship goes way back to our early days at the then NBA D-league. Fortunately, I continue to have the pleasure of working with Dr. Hilliard on a number of her important initiatives. If you are graced with her counsel, her friendship or her cooperative efforts, embrace it. She only knows one way...that is, to deliver beyond whatever is expected or promised. Doc is the real deal, an expert in her field who modestly, yet unabashedly, grows her network and her knowledge base by the day. She may refer to herself as a former athlete, but she remains a true winner in every sense of the term.

Ridiculously efficient is the phrase that comes to mind when I think of Janice! Dr. Janice Hilliard is a true professional. Her work with athletes and understanding the psychology of an athlete is exceptional. She understands people and connects at the core. I served on the NBA steering committee with her and worked with NBA athletes across the league. Professional athletes not only trusted her but turned to her for advice and life-skills training. She is an advocate for female leaders and has committed herself to creating a platform for success for others. She has so much knowledge and experience that is valuable to any group or organization.
