Harshavardhan Dhulipalla
I have had the distinct privilege of being under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Irshaan Syed sir over 5 semesters during my under graduation at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology, and Research, Guntur. I had the pleasure of taking "Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods", and "Food Packaging" courses under his guidance, and I was consistently impressed by his ability to make complex concepts understandable and relatable. His teaching style is not only engaging but also highly effective, and has a talent for inculcating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. Furthermore, I feel Dr. Irshaan Syed is a valuable asset to me as he has fostered the knowledge and interest to perform research, write book chapters, and publish them. He has given me enough support to start managing a Food Incubation hub on campus wherein we were able to perform many product developments and upscaled it to a production level. Due to his never-ending positive support, I was able to publish two research articles and a book chapter during my graduation level. I am very much happy to give this recommendation to my faculty.
