It was nice to interact on certain points while Dr Hemalata invited me to deliver my thoughts related to design with her students at Luthra management Institute. It was fruitful meeting to meet various directors at the institute and exchanged views and ideas related to how an institute can beidge the gap between academics and field. It was even wonderful that institute has taken a proactive role and Dr Hemalata diverted few students to carry out mini research on certain topics discussed earlier. Dr Hemalata is kind enough to understand the issues and proactive enough to work on these topics which surely will add new dimensions to her carrier and Institute at large can be benefited out of this move.
