Harald is dedicated and strategic innovation lead with a flair for interpersonal interaction. I have had the pleasure to work with Harald in Climate-KIC as part of the pan-European Innovation Team. We have been involved together in innovation portfolio management, business change processes, and stakeholder outreach. In each of these activities he has shown to have a good strategic oversight and clear understanding of the operational challenges. His interpersonal skills help him to bridge divides and motivate everybody around him to excel. He is focused on delivering results and will take the necessary steps to achieve this in a concerted way. His well-developed understanding of innovation processes and entrepreneurship give him a natural advantage for delivering innovations to market and drive multi-stakeholder processes forward. Besides being an excellent colleague, he is remarkably witty and working together is great fun. I can recommend Harald to any organisation looking to drive change and deliver results in complex environments.
