  In this company, I completed two major projects from foundations until handover. First, a residential tower consisting of 52 floors, and second, the Public Transport Headquarters of Emirates. - Managed and supervised all activities on site to ensure the project was constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, design, budget and schedule. - Installed wastewater treatment plant, with recycling of water for flush tanks of tower - Worked on an 18 month project to develop over 5 km of canals - Checked project drawings and drew shop-drawings after analysis for the site foreman's executors, to simplify complex drawings to them and avoid misunderstandings. - Reviewed designs with the client’s engineers in case there were any required modifications, and created on-site building drawings with client’s consultant approval. - Prepared and documented progress reports and internal memos for review meetings, weekly look ahead programs and weekly status. - Coordinated onsite functions between all departments: Mechanical, Electrical, architects and Civil. - Implemented and enforced company injury/accident prevention program and safety procedures. - Interfaced with client reps, engineers, sub-contractors and co-employees to update site progress. - Use of ISO 9001:2000 standards and project management tools for all activities on the site.
