I am writing in genuine support of Gev Dalal Sir frondly called as GD, who worked in Ajmal Perfumes as a Human Resources head during my tenure with him. I have known GD since the day I joined the organization in Sales team and have got the opportunity to always get selected by him on diff level of career growth over the years. He distinguished himself in every way due to his exceptional insight into handling core human resource functions. GD is credited with enhancing Ajmal Human resources functions by effectively planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, leading to increased functionality of the department on many levels. Over the years, he has not let go of a single opportunity to better ourself professionally, a feat that keeps me in constant awe of him. As his junior, I have never been given the opportunity to complain, even after our deadlines were not met on time and he always worked diligently to ensure that no stones are left unturned when handling crisis situations. I’m lucky to have worked with GD, a leader who’s not only interested in the company’s bottom line, but also in his employees’ professional growth.       From April 2019 engaged by Shantilal C Mehta and assisting the Managing Partners in their endeavour to transform the organisation, make way for process over people. Business has grown 25 percent even in Covid times.From From July 2017 till January 2019, assigned with the task of initiating Fragrance Division for Rubberwala Group, Mumbai. Rubberwala group is into Housing & Infrastructure business, catering to niche south Mumbai region and wished to enter the fragrance industry, but due to lull market the project was shunted. Apart from above, was handling all commercial activites for the Rubberwala group.From May 2015 to May 2016, was given the task of reviving Ekoz and Afnan brand, launched in 2007 by Arabian Nights Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Arabian Nights is a part of Fazlani group.Had the opportunity of reviving the brand and streamlining the operations for their Fragrance division.Sales grew from 10 lakhs per month to 80 lakhs per month in a span of 1 years time. Projected target and breakeven point was determined at 2 crores in a span of 18 months period.End of 2015 to Mar 2016, was engaged by Awal Plastics W.L.L., Bahrain, to restructure and define SOPs for their HR functions. Awal Plastics is the largest one stop shop for signage, visual communications manufacturing in the Kingdom of Bahrain. From January 2013 to 2015 was engaged with Right Resources, Mumbai.
