Working closely with IP lawyers to file new patent applications, patent examination process, co-inventorship on new patents. - Responsible for in vitro gut microbiome simulations, experimental execution & curation of state-of-art fermentation models with industry partners. - Responsible for in vitro intestinal cell interaction modelling, pre-clinical testing & simulations of small molecule and nutraceutical direct effects on gut intestinal lining, targeted for clinical applications. - Involved in specific human intervention & registered clinical trials of our GOS ingredient in specific adult cohorts. Management of academic clinical investigators & PhD students, monitoring progress, outcomes and deliverables, contributing to data publication in scientific journals. Presenting study findings at annual conferences. - Responsible for bringing in product innovation, prebiotic, synbiotic development with industry partners.
