The Institute has state of the art facilities in Radiation/ Surgical/ Medical/ Pediatric Oncology, as well as Radio diagnosis, Nuclear Medicine, Histopathology, Terminal care, and Medical social services. The department of Radiation Oncology is well equipped with Elekta Synergy Linear Accelerator with VMAT (Volume Modulated Arc Therapy), Varian Clinac-2300C/D linear accelerator with 80-leaf Millennium MLC and Electronic Portal Imaging Device as-1000, Theratron 780C telecobalt machine, a High dose rate Brachytherapy after loading machine (HDR microSelectron), Varian simulator, Aria networking version 8.6, Mosaiq networking system, Monaco 3.0, Varian Eclipse, Oncentra Master Plan, and Plato Sunrise treatment planning system. The Department has treated more than 18,000 patients till date. Presently, approximately 120 patients are getting radiation treatment per day, including 40- 50 patients on IMRT , IGRT, and VMAT.
