  I hold a total of 21 years of working experience out of which I served in the various Indian automobile industries for 6 years and 15 years of teaching experience presently at the associate professor level at the Institute of Technology of GMR Group,(https://gmrit.irins.org/profile/232621). My educational qualifications include a B.E (Mechanical) and a double PG as:- (1) P.G.T.D. (Post Graduate course in Tool die and mould Design and (2) M.Tech (CAD/CAM), of the mechanical engineering stream. With an overall practice of over a decade in industrial cum academic areas, I find myself equipped with the technical appreciation for striking the balance between academics and practical know-how of industrial functioning.Any organization in my perception, requires such kind of a person who can contribute by supporting and taking the decisions in correct perspective. The person in-charge is also responsible for coordination within departments to ensure processes and systems are maintained. With a blend of industrial shop floor expertise, outsourcing, logistics and engineering experience in the multinational companies, I find myself providing the competitive edge for serving the organization.
