  “Venezuela builds scenarios of future through inclusive and sustainable peace” is a project that arises to help to overtake the lack of recognizing and coexistence spaces between Venezuelan from different political sides, particularly between strategic actors with regional and national influence over different sectors of the country. In that way, this project promotes the encounter of Potential Strategic Actors (PSAs) to surpass the polarization and agree feasible scenarios of future for Venezuela. This was based in the Adam Kahane methodology. The PSAs of Venezuela are actors of different sectors, regions and areas that represent the diversity of existing perspectives and have a dual capacity. On one hand, vertical capacity to influence high and low levels of the society. On the other hand, they should have horizontal capacity to go beyond the political polarization. Those PSAs represent the political and ideological plurality in the country. Based on the Scenarios Transformative Planning (STP), the project aims to build feasible and plural scenarios of shared future for Venezuela with the participation of strategic actors. In addition, it will promote significant changes in PSAs’ mind models and promote strong alliance between them. Finally, the project wants to strength capacities for peaceful and constructive conflict management, mediation and negotiation; also, will build bridges of understanding between political, social and economic actors that go beyond the polarization and contribute to reconstruct the social fabric My main duties were to: - Executive coordinate the project Venezuela build scenarios of future. - Write weekly analytical reports about the political and social situation in Venezuela - To plan and monitor the administrative issues of the project - To find new sponsors and allies to support the project.   The CFLI Coordinator has the responsibility to monitor the projects financed by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives in Venezuela every fiscal year. In addition, the CFLI Coordinator has to be in permanent contact with the beneficiaries NGOs, to assist them and visit the activities of the different projects nationwide. At the end, it is the responsible to evaluate the final descriptive and financial report sent by each NGO. My main achievement was to have successfully monitored more than 20 projects executed by NGOs for the promotion of civil and HHRR in an authoritarian country.
