I was lucky enough to have Fiona as a lecturer on 2 Teaching and Education programmes I successfully completed. Fiona is an inspired teacher. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has the ability to make all subjects she engages with interesting, accessible and ultimately successful for those who take her classes. Fiona is a great communicator and is always committed to her students. Her door is always open if you have a question and she always has ideas and recommendations to make you think about your work and improve.

Dr Louise McBride

In my role as Head of the Centre for Promoting Academic Excellence I advise on the selection, alignment and practice of appropriate teaching and assessment strategies, to promote and support effective learning within a quality assured and robust learning environment. In addition, I play a key role on all new programme development and programmatic reviews. I am also Programme Director for the Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Education.
