Whilst at St Andrew’s I had the pleasure to work with Felix. Felix provided strong leadership and challenge at both operational and strategic level appreciating the power and strength of data and technology in order to effectively manage the services and operations within the organisation. His approach was both inclusive, pragmatic and professionally challenging always looking to create an engaged environment focussed on the right outcomes. It has been a pleasure working with Felix and I hope we get the opportunity to work together in the future.

Felix was one of the most polite and courteous senior managers that I met on my clinical doctorate training. Even though Felix did not directly line manage the trainees on the course, he made an extraordinary effort to know all the trainees by their first name and made the effort to include them in senior management and locality meetings. He made us feel like valued members of his team and the psychology service and was on hand to offer us support whenever we reached out to him. I still make reference to Felix's management style to date. I wish Felix all the best in his current post and hope our paths cross in the future again.
