Currently working with “Customized Training” at Century College; conducting specialized training on Leadership and Professional Ethics for public, private, and non profit sectors. Also specialized training for law enforcement on “Interviewing and the Gentle Art of Persuasion”, “Homicide, from the Initial Call through the Cold Case Investigation”, and “The Ethical Leader”. Greatly enjoy teaching these classes to great audiences and adult learners who come to interact and share. I strongly suggest checking out the opportunities at Century College.

125th FBI NAA. I retired in 2001 from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) where I was a Senior Special Agent heading the MN. Cold Case Homicide Unit. After 32 years of Law enforcement I took a position as resident faculty at Metropolitan State University’s School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice. Now in 2015 I kind of retired again, although I plan on continue my teaching as community/adjunct faculty. My main function as a semi-retiree is working as a volunteer and Ombudsman with ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve), which is a branch of the DOD (Department of Defense) working and assisting members of the guard and reserve. I am also conducting seminars/training for law enforcement and non-law enforcement organizations in manly areas such as; ethics, leadership, the gentle art of communications, and cold case homicide (where the last program is manly law enforcement) . I am looking forward to more time to do some writing, conducting seminars, traveling with my wife, and attending sports programs of my five granddaughters. But, I truly want to thank the many of you who played such a significant role in my professional and personal life, for without you I would have never had such opportunities.
