ASK for Human Capacity Building is a leading corporation in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The main mission of ASK is enabling the educational policies' decision makers and the professionals to lead a prosperous lives and successfully contributing into their communities through incorporating their positive Attitudes, improving their Skills, and employing their Knowledge. As a former Expert Training Consultant in Instructional Design and Technology (IDT), I had the specialized knowledge to lead large and complex components and projects. I carried the responsibility of conducting multiple missions and several technical operations. I worked effectively with the partners to increase their accomplishments. I designed strategies of successful learning and provided the most powerful and technical recommendations relevant to the IDT. I collaborated with my colleges at ASK, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Arabtech Jardaneh Engineers and Architects (AJ), the Jordanian Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH), the Jordanian Ministry of Education (MoE), and other strategic partners in the region as well, to maximize and transform our clients' capabilities to the highest potentials in several projects, such as Learning Environment: Improved Infrastructure Program (LEIIP). Actively participated in the global and regional technical meetings, sessions, and conferences. Professionally develop, review, and implement training programs and approaches. I synthesized, maintained, reviewed, and proofread the required internal and external technical reports. I designed, provided consultation, and suggested recommendations to improve the workflow. I analyzed, designed, developed, facilitated, coached, implemented, and evaluated the innovative projects and training sessions.
