Worked as a Clinical Neuropsychologist, predominantly involved in administering cognitive and personality assessments and providing cognitive retraining and psychotherapy services for patients with various psychiatric, neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Actively liaisoned with various medical and surgical specialty services and provides supportive, grief, cognitive-behaviour, pain management therapies to patients from oncology, gynaecology, paediatric, dermatology, ophthalmology, general medicine, pulmonology and rheumatology departments. Conducted pre and post-transplant (heart and lungs) psychosocial assessments and help patients make a smooth transition from pre-transplant to rehabilitation units and finally community. Academic: •Was instrumental in conducting regular academic programs involving case discussions and seminars on various topics of clinical relevance related to Psychiatric and Neurological Conditions. •Have conducted community awareness programs by delivering talks and attending workshops. •Co-guided 3 (completed) DNB thesis exploring cognition in patients with obstructive sleep apnea ; another study exploring cognitive outcomes post paediatric surgery and one looking at cognitive and affective symptoms in patients with cerebellar lesions.
