Develops and executes a recurring education program to teach and train guardsmen to ensure maximum readiness capabilities. Serves as liaison for congressional, presidential, and other high-level inquiries. State Command authority for investigating allegations on; reviews and assigns a variety of IG complaints, or inquiries that cover a diverse range of complex subjects and allegations in such areas as operations, logistics, personnel, human resources, security, finance, civil engineering, maintenance, training, or health care, that may range from simple inquiries to very complex issues that may result in further investigative matters that grow from the original complaint.
