Access to personal, complimentary, wellbeing services, such as drug-free and proven interventions like Mindfulness meditation, are seen to be inconvenient for many. For others, stigmatization around mental health and the protection of anonymity have been a significant deterrent to the access, take-up and practice of these complimentary practices. MindMyths offers innovative and transformative, immersive VR meditation access to wellbeing and self-healing, straight to and from the comfort and privacy of one’s own home or office. Meditative 3D mindscapes offer an holistic choice of tranquil 360° spaces to meditate on one’s own or with others. Clients and users have 'stress-free' and anonymous access to learn and practice body-scanning and effective wellbeing and stress management techniques. Organisations and companies can pro-actively promote the management of work-place stress through access to MindMyths unique, virtual work-shops and training.
