  Year 1 - Adult Mental Health placement - Community Forensic Team, focusing on assessment, formulation and intervention. Interventions were predominantly CBT in order to fulfil this as a competency in first year. I delivered some schema-informed formulations and interventions with clients. I delivered training on personality disorder and related treatment options to student nurses.I completed a service evaluation for the CAMHS service which was used as part of a broader service bid for specialist eating disorder provisions for CAMHS services. Year 2 – Learning Disabilities – community placement with emphasis on working with teams, inputting to residential and care placements and their teams to support individuals. Year 2 – Older Adults (service for all adults) – Neuropsychology team in the community and on the neuro-rehab ward at the County hospital. Neuropsychological assessments and formulations for clients, involvement with other care teams.I completed a three day training in Systemic and Family Therapy in Year 2.Year 3 – CAMHS and Specialist placementsCAMHS – split placement between community CAMHS and a Low Secure Unit for children and young people. The community placement focused on assessment, formulation and treatment of young people, often involving families and carers. I delivered a DBT group for young people, attended MDTs and engaged in joint working with other professionals in the team. The LSU placement focused on team working and supporting formulations of individuals and care plans.Centre for Trauma Resilience and Growth – specialist placement offering trauma focused therapies to those suffering following a trauma. This role included supporting psychotherapy placement students, joint working, and inputting into MDTs. I conducted my thesis research at the centre and disseminated information about this to other members of the team. I also completed training in Narrative Exposure Therapy, and co-facilitated training to other professionals.
