Katharina Berger
Christophe has supported us during his PhD Phase at the University St. Gallen as method coach throughout 2010 to 2013. During this phase we developed togehter our design thinking approach step by step from valid for greenfield innovation to an approach to use design thinking as part of our internal project work. Together we created project and training concepts to spread the skill in our company. Christophe is a open minded strategic thinker in the field of innovation. He has great skills to manage team dynamics and method coaching. He easily adapted to a companies needs. Christophe was a competent, trusted coach who could create order out of the chaos of a design team scrambling to meet tough goals under insane deadlines, and in addition to being the perfect guru-mentor for a team of designees, he was extremely knowledgebale about how to transmit business school ideas into the heart of a corporation.
