      Previously, I was working on solar cells and nanogenerators to harvest the solar and ambient energy (vibration etc.), as a research professor at Nanoelectronic Science and Engineering Laboratory, Sungkyunkwan University, S. Korea. I have strong experimental and analytical skills in nanotechnology and laser technology. I can produce controlled and desired shape and size nanostructures by several methods and strongly capable to make the devices and in depth analysis of the optoelectronics devices, piezo-electronic and piezo-photo-electronics (piezophototronic) hybrid devices for maximum energy harvesting from solar and the ambient simultaneously such as Nanogenerators, solar cells and hybrid architectures including for wireless networks, self powered nanorobotic, self powered medical devices, security systems and hydrogen generation. I was involved in graphene growth and BN 2D growth for nanoelectronics devices.
