I represent the people of Lumpkin County. Our goal is to increase economic development and to expand our tax base. We plan to do this by developing our infrastructure and offering incentives for new business willing to locate in Lumpkin County. During my first term, we lowered the mill rate every year while also growing the tax digest. We have constructed a fire station, a library, and have worked with NGHS to get a new hospital built at the end of State Highway 400.
