  I have been responsible for developing institutional capacity, knowledge and understanding necessary to bring national policies and practices into compliance with international HR norms and standards mainly in prison and penitentiary policy. My role in technical advice, advocacy and project management entailed not only supporting Governments in identifying and specifying their needs for advisory services and technical cooperation but also participating in negotiations for the adoption of technical cooperation projects as well as supporting authorities in their implementation. In addition, I gained a very solid skills and knowledge in legal drafting, NHRI, Police and security forces training, as well as training for NGOs. I have gained a deep knowledge of international instruments, standards and functioning of United Nations HR mechanisms and procedures. I also drafted urgent appeals, communications, public statements and inputs to public and internal reports. I have shown my capacity of sound judgment and negotiating skills, including ability to convince governments and United Nations entities of the importance of accountability and human rights mainstreaming, integrating HR into laws, policies and programs in different positions, I participated as a resource person in diversified training activities on HR and international humanitarian law for civil society organizations and State authorities, including the Police, Judiciary. Journalists, lawyers, and other beneficiary groups. -providing technical assistant for local Tunisian Authorities to reforming the prison system. -conduct training for prison guards and administration. - representing PRI in different sector working groups. -preparing weekly, monthly progress reports achievements. -registering and establishing PRI Tunisia country office. - maintain regular contact with donors and competent authorities, MOJ and prison administration. - around 400 prison guards were trained in HR and prison service.
