I was working as a Visiting Research Fellow and had a chance to work with Single crystal X-ray diffractometer (SXRD), NMR spectrometer, Fluorescence spectrometer, FT-IR and UV-vis spectrophotometric instruments. #Synthesised some countable number (c. a. 500 compounds) of organic small molecules and the structure of the compounds were confirmed using structural and spectral analyses. Further the compounds were investigated for their biological suitability as a proposed drugs. I was working as a Master's Degree project fellow in IGCAR, Kalpakkam. I had a great chance to know about the Radioactive elements and its functionality using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and SCF (Supercritical Fluid Extraction) techniques under the guidance of Dr. N. Sivaraman, Head, Fuel Chemistry Division, IGCAR, DAE Township, Kalpakkam. I was working as a Master's Degree project fellow in IGCAR, Kalpakkam. It is my pleasure to be "1" among "40" students from all over INDIA during my STIPAC - 2011 (Summer Training Programme in Physics and Chemistry) held at IGCAR, DAE Township, Kalpakkam, INDIA. I had a great opportunity to explore about some sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, SFC, XRD, TG-DTA, AAS, ICP-OES, FT-IR and Fluorescence spectrometer.
