Create communication plans for all phases of the admission and recruitment process, work collaboratively with all other departments involved in the recruitment and admissions process. Understand and communicate best practices, new processes and training in all areas of admissions, recruitment, financial aid, registrar, testing, student life, career services and academic advising. Responsible for convening working groups and planning teams composed of faculty and staff from across campus to develop new short-, medium-, and long-range enrollment initiatives. Develop and execute an effective, analytics-driven, and dynamic strategic enrollment and retention plans. Develop strategies that are consistent with Nunez's distinctive culture and responsive to the needs of our prospective and continuing students. Assumes special responsibilities on assignment from the Vice Chancellor for Education, Training and Student Success, or Chancellor.
