Amit has worked for an array of clients within the FS sphere. His first role involved working as a PMO analyst for a multinational tier 1 bank which involved resource management, sales reporting and project management training. Sequentially, he worked as a Senior Digital Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Deployment Lead and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expert for a large global bank. Amit has consulted a wide plethora of clients on how to significantly enhance their online customer experiences using AEM (a CMS tool) whilst delivering a range of critical projects with huge exposure within the bank and in the media. He has done so in both an agile and waterfall fashion via capturing requirements, writing user stories through paying huge attention to detail, owning agile ceremonies and managing the deployment of intricate code development changes right through to release. On top of this, he have delivered a substantial number AEM Knowledge Transfer/Coaching Sessions with the client and to internal Accenture Teams. Within Accenture, Amit was a mentor, Welcome Ambassador/Speaker at various technology events and used to manage the entire communication approach for the Technology Analyst Group (including supervising a team of 3). He has also rolled out a company-wide inclusion and diversity mentoring scheme. Finally, Amit was nominated for the FY18 UKI Greater Than Awards (a huge accomplishment at Accenture) and has trained to become a Life Coach within the company, obtaining an EmPowered Life Coaching award. Worked at a sleep-away camp in Pennsylvania for two months, where Amit specialised in running daily woodshop classes for campers aged 6 -16. The campers skill set varied from beginners to those more advanced, whereby projects were developed to suit every proficiency level. What’s more, Amit lived within a bunk house with ten 8-year-old children – he was responsible for their supervision and wellbeing whilst ensuring they enjoyed their holiday.
