Al has proven to be an awesome, dedicated, caring and prolific Youth Minister at our church, Greenforest Community Baptist Church. Once he was hired he has implemented a plethora of relevant programs and opportunities to engage our youth. These have included the Toastmaster's Gavel Club, Midnight Basketball, a Lock-in, Youth Leadership and a variety of new initiatives. I can't emphasize enough how comforting it is to know there are other stakeholders who care about helping to engage and develop our youth, including our own son.
