Being a member of the Resolution committee in Financial Violations and Disputes. In this Judicial Committee, we are deciding law cases between parties (Banks, Finance Companies, Clients of the Banks and the Finance Companies, and the accused individual by the Public Prosecution) that are resin from Financial Violations or Disputes. These Financial Violations or Disputes must be resulted from violating three main Laws (Finance Companies Control Law, Finance Lease Law, and Real Estate Finance Law). In addition, we are applying these three laws and other related and relevant Saudi Laws, bylaws, regulations, and implemented rules and instructions by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). As a result, we impose upon the violated party of the given Laws specific fine and specific term of imprisonment, or either penalty, based on the gravity of the violation. Show less
