  I acknowledge entrepreneurship in Africa is a challenging journey - However, I have remained steadfast in creating value as I hold unwavering faith that the marketplace promises rich rewards for dynamic and undaunted innovators who are responsive to its needs. As a personal mission, I seek opportunities to make a difference in the lives of people, especially in Africa by solving some of its biggest problems as seen in real estate, education, health and transportation. I conceived a business idea of creating a business hub and supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs, of which he was one, and needed support at that time. I realized many more like me needed support and I was apt to develop a business idea out of it. In December 2012, I founded Box office Hub, a pioneer hub and largest co-working space in Abuja, Nigeria's Capital city. As a business, Box Office Hub has crossed the 250,000 USD annual revenue mark and supports about 100 businesses directly and hundreds more indirectly, collectively contributing over 6 million USD to the local economy annually and creating thousands of jobs. We are revolutionizing working and living communities. Our destination is a not distant future where existing and redundant resources are efficiently put to use to create virtual and physical ecosystems for wealth creation and economic development.​ ​ My most valuable skills are my ingenuity, using little resources to achieve a lot and seeing profits in resources and opportunities that can easily be passed by. This is seen in the innovative fully serviced work spaces Box Office Hub has created, largely using recycled materials. Considering the absence of critical infrastructure (electricity) and a poor maintenance culture, my management skills have made it possible to promise and consistently deliver a promise of uninterrupted power and keeping a facility in great shape to clients for over 7 years in Nigeria.
