Supervisor
-
Oct 2011 - Apr 2014
In becoming shop supervisor I have had to learn to use Fourth Hospitality wage role system. I also had to learn a stock control system called FnB that allows me to work out what stock we have, we need to order and what has become waste at the end of each day. I am confident in every aspect of both these systems. This role has also meant I am supporting management in leading and managing the team, giving team meetings. Training new staff members, implementing progress schedules. Motivating front of house and back of house team members to exceed targets. Producing rotas and staff scheduling based on shop budgets. Stock control and ordering, weekly stock take, managing budgets, working towards shop targets by monitoring production levels and staff scheduling. I am in charge of corporate clients, building connections with local businesses to provide unique catering, strong client relations and excel in customer service, being adaptive for each client.
