I oversaw the development for a cutting edge detailed energy monitoring insights platform that helped homeowners and business simulate solar savings and monitor their energy usage over the lifespan of a solar investment. The product helped 100's of homeowners adopt solar and the platform was later used to help drive new innovations within the solar industry. I helped build a fully integrated residential solar operation from the ground up. Our first month in operations we successfully sold and procured 500 kW of residential solar within a 50 mile radius without any outside capital. Our peak was 80 residential solar installations monthly. I focused on CRM architecture, solar operational systems, company management, and R&D. Was part of the original sales team that entered the Arizona Solar market back before nearly any solar had been installed. We we're able to reduce home owners NET energy cost by 12-20% with no money down and I personally had navigated site assessments and design permit packages on over 20 homes in the matter of weeks. That program was later modified and we had to deal with intense utility push back and jurisdictional changes before our corporate teams could fulfill our Sold contracts. I ended up leaving due to the delay in being compensated for sold solar leases to qualified homes. Show less

Traveled to different markets where old accounts were coming out of contract. We would handle customer loyalty programs and also resign customers who were being taken over by competitors. +300 contracts signed. As an 18 year old. My first summer selling Alarms. In two and a half months I funded 93 contracts with a 100% activations collected. I learned how to overcome objection and think creatively to find new approaches to the same thing. I personally made about $32k (my income for the whole year made in almost two months) and the contracts I sold were most likely worth nearly 350k. I didn't stay in the security industry because I found it was overly inflated, how ever I did learn a lot of valuable lessons I would later apply in my career that have now helped me progress.
