  Cluster Component Project’s design: Developed the cluster M&E overview and 15 project-based M&E systems and strengthened and aligned all data needs under one framework/matrix. Supported to PREEEP Program in new phase baselining and needs assessments Built the capacity for cluster and commission staff in M&E designing, Indicator development and measurements Monitoring: Periodically collected,collated,analysed and reported progress and disseminated findings in high level management decision steering meetings for timely gap filling. Reviewed programmes/ projects designs, annual operational plans to confirm that they align with proposals and commissions’ indicators so as to improve on quality and compliance with GIZ and donor standards. Developed and administered performance monitoring tools to track programs’ indicators in line with the programs’ implementation plan. Evaluation: supported 8 projects and programs under the cluster such as PREEEP, DIAPOL and GBE in phase and project close out processes, including joint monitoring visits, exit and sustainability strategy development and end line evaluations including qualitative impact and case study development. Handled ad-hoc requests for progress data, sometimes within short deadlines. Show less
